1963年6月出生于吉林省长春市。
1999年7月在吉林大学获理学(物理化学)博士学位、然后进入山东大学材料科学与工程博士后流动站。2001年年11月出站后在山东大学晶体材料国家重点实验室工作,先后任副教授、教授(2005年)至今。
1999年开始从事高阶有机非线性光学材料,特别是具有三阶效应的双光子吸收材料的设计、合成及其应用研究。在双光子引发的光聚合方面取得了较大的成绩,在国内首先实现了双光子吸收引发的聚合反应,并利用双光子聚合技术在国内首先实现了聚合物型三维周期性结构的制备。目前的工作集中在有机高阶非线性光学材料的设计、合成、性能表征和应用方面,特别是激光与物质的相互作用方面。此领域是一项多学科密集交叉的国际前沿领域,正力争在该领域做出创造性的工作。经过十年的建设,实验室拥有先进有机材料制备、荧光性能表征、活性生物细胞与组织培育、生物荧光显微成像等一流设备。特别是材料的激光密聚焦诱导下的三阶非线性双光子荧光测试系统、双光子荧光显微成像系统是自行研制并建设的,得到了国际国内同行的认可,我们的实验数据已经为浙江大学、中国科学院化学研究所、吉林大学、中国海洋大学、重庆大学等单位提供数据,并协助其发表论文。
