个人简历
1985年11月出生于湖北黄梅,副研究员。主要从事晶体材料损伤的微观结构研究、激光损伤相关缺陷研究。在相关方向发表论文20余篇,第一作者10篇。曾主持国家自然科学基金青年项目等课题3项,作为第二参与人承担多项国家重大专项项目研究。近年来主要围绕DKDP晶体生长缺陷、紫外损伤微结构、紫外损伤动力学进行研究,在原子水平对损伤起源和发展过程中的材料结构、电子结构和形貌变化进行表征,厘清损伤起源的多种过程和种类,发现损伤自发或受激(后续发次照射下)发展的规律,建立损伤起源和发展模型。
